Who we are

Groupe BDM is a canadian corporation. It was created in 1999.

The company is specialized in developing mobile sales order and e-commerce solutions for the apparel industry including accessories, footwear, jewelry and more.

Although Groupe BDM solutions apply perfectly to accessory and shoe companies, it has really established a solid name in the kidswear industry.

We've been working closely with manufacturers and sales representatives to get to perfectly understand their needs and their day to day reality in showrooms, at tradeshows, at the office, in order to come up with an impressive range of solutions enabling companies to significantly expedite the ordering process giving their business a tremendous boost.

What we do

Groupe BDM package offers apparel, shoe and accessory manufacturers a variety of mobile sales order solutions to expedite the ordering process at tradeshows and in showrooms with sales people.

It also offers manufacturers a secure wholesale ordering catalog that is added to their web site. It allows buyers who can not make it to shows to securely view the collection, order online and also review their order history and print out order confirmations with pictures.

Sales people can work on a laptop or with a handheld device including a bar code scanner or even a touchscreen Tablet PC. They can write orders quicker and print them out in the field with pictures and totals for buyers.

Buyers can sign their order on screen, they are in and out of their booth quicker which enables them to serve more clients in less time. Orders are error free because the system doesn't let a rep order a size or a color that is not available for a specific style.

No more delays! Instead of having to wait weeks for orders to be faxed to you so you can then key them in, you will receive all of your orders on a daily basis so you know exactly what's happening with your sales in almost real time.

The biggest thing is that the package includes a bridge to the manufacturer's back office system. It could be QuickBooks, Apparel Magic, AIMS, Perfect Fit, Pacific Apparel, Simply Accounting or any other system.

The integration with your system permanently eliminates manual order entry and additonal spreadsheets. Sales staff write orders with the system at shows and in the different showrooms and at the end of the day, they simply hit "send orders". The main office instantly gets all of the orders and they are automatically transfered to the back office system without anyone having to key them in. The information is 100% accurate and is available on a daily basis.

The system also provides the user with instant sales reports which give you the ability to keep track of your sales on a daily basis. You and your reps know on every day what is selling and what's not, total number of pieces per style, color, size, rep, store, etc.

Third, it comes with a secure wholesale catalog that we normally add to the manufacturer's web site that buyers can securely access with their username and password to view the season's collection, review and print their orders with or without pictures and turn re-order placement into one easy step. Buyers also receive email campaigns that we design for the manufacturer when new styles come out, promotions, clearances, sneak previews before tradeshows, etc. Then the manufacturer can view who's accessing the catalog following the email blast, how many times, if they are ordering, how much, etc.
